- When is my card charged?
- Not during the trial. Your card is not charged for the plan until the trial ends, and before that first charge we show you the date and the exact amount.
- What currency are prices in, and is GST included?
- Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes such as GST are included in the price shown on each plan.
- Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
- Yes. Annual billing costs less than paying monthly for a year. You still receive your article credits each month, not all at once.
- What happens to articles I don't use?
- Unused article credits roll over for one month. That gives you room in a quiet month without losing what you paid for straight away.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from the billing portal. Cancel before the first charge date and you pay nothing for the plan. Cancel later and the plan stops at the end of your paid period, with your articles and voice profiles kept saved.
- Is AI writing an extra cost?
- No. AI writing is included on every plan, from Starter to Enterprise. Higher plans add more articles, seats, voice profiles and tool allowances.
- I run a DrawSync website. How do I buy a plan?
- SEO AI Digital runs as a DrawSync add-on. You sign in with your DrawSync account and buy your plan through DrawSync, and the content and tools sit alongside your site.
- Do I need a plan to use the free tools?
- No. Visitors without an account get a few runs each day, and a free account gets more. Paid plans get far more, plus the writer and tracking tools.
