SEO-AI AI Content Policy

This policy explains how SEO-AI uses large language models to write articles, what it does not do, and what you must do before you publish. It is part of the SEO-AI Terms of Service. SEO-AI is sold by PineSeed Pty Ltd.

1. What the engine does

When you ask for an article, SEO-AI:

  1. researches page one of Google for your keyword;
  2. builds a brief from what it finds;
  3. writes the article using large language models, run through the website's AI service, in the voice profile you chose;
  4. runs a fact-check pass that compares claims with the sources;
  5. scores the article with RankScore;
  6. keeps every version, so you can compare and go back.

You can then edit the article, export it, or publish it to your WordPress site.

2. What the engine does not do

  • It does not claim that content is undetectable by AI detectors.
  • It does not offer to bypass or fool AI detectors.
  • It does not promise or guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales. Search engines decide rankings.
  • It does not write facts or statistics from memory. Facts and statistics come only from sources the engine cites.
  • It does not publish anything on its own to your site. You choose to publish.

3. Sources and the fact-check pass

The engine shows the sources it used. The fact-check pass compares claims in the article with those sources and flags claims it cannot match.

The fact-check pass lowers the risk of errors. It does not remove it. A source can be wrong, and the model can misread a source. You must check anything that matters.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for every article you publish. Before you publish, you must:

  • read the whole article;
  • check facts, names, prices, dates, quotes and claims about people and businesses;
  • remove or fix anything inaccurate, misleading or not yours to say;
  • check that it does not copy another person's work;
  • make sure it follows the law and the rules of the platform you publish on.

Articles that use your experience vault, such as customer stories, quotes and photos, must only use material you have the right to use. Get permission before you use a customer's story or photo.

5. Health, money, legal and safety content

Content about health, money, legal matters or safety (often called YMYL content) can harm readers if it is wrong. A qualified person must review it before it is published. That means a person with the right training or licence for the subject.

SEO-AI lets you name a reviewer on an article, and shows the reviewer's profile. Naming a reviewer does not do the review. Do not name a person as a reviewer unless they have actually reviewed the article and agreed to be named.

SEO-AI does not give medical, financial, legal or safety advice.

6. AI-assisted disclosure

Each workspace can switch on an "AI-assisted" disclosure line. When it is on, SEO-AI adds the line to articles.

  • It is off by default.
  • The workspace owner sets it in workspace Settings.
  • It applies to the whole workspace.

You decide whether you must tell readers, clients, platforms or regulators that AI helped write your content. Some of them have rules about it. The disclosure option is a tool to help you. It is not legal advice, and switching it off does not remove any duty you have.

7. Plagiarism and AI detector signals

If the website that offers SEO-AI switches them on, SEO-AI can run a plagiarism check and show an AI detector signal. These are third-party services, listed in SUB-PROCESSORS.md. Their results are signals only. They can be wrong. We do not use them to promise that content will pass any check.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use SEO-AI to create doorway pages, spam networks, scraped or plagiarised content passed off as original, impersonation, or illegal content. See section 8 of the Terms of Service.

9. Reporting a problem

If an article contains something harmful, false about a person, or that you think infringes someone's rights, use the Contact support button in SEO-AI. We will look at it and, where needed, help remove it or stop its use.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. For a material change, we give 30 days' notice as set out in the Terms of Service.
