SEO-AI Data Retention Schedule

This schedule shows how long PineSeed Pty Ltd keeps each group of data in SEO-AI, and how it is removed. It supports the Privacy Policy and the DPA template.

Notes

• Workspace deletion is final. When the owner deletes a workspace, everything in it is deleted at once. We cannot recover it. Export what you need first.
• Connections. Disconnecting WordPress, Google Search Console or Microsoft Bing deletes the stored credentials or tokens. Connections are also deleted with the workspace.
• Billing records. The site's checkout and its payment processor (Stripe) keep their own records under their own terms. SEO-AI keeps the plan status, checkout session ids and the credit ledger. The credit ledger is deleted with the workspace. The billing and security audit log is kept for 7 years.
• Server logs. The hosting environment keeps server logs.
• Legal holds. We may keep data longer if the law requires it, or if it is needed to deal with a legal claim. We will keep it confidential and use it only for that reason.
• Sub-processors. Providers listed in SUB-PROCESSORS.md may keep data under their own terms. We ask them to delete it when it is no longer needed.
